As our referring friend pointed out, the procedure required to eat crabs allows the group to take time and chat the minutes and hours away. And for us it was an indulgence to enjoy a two-hour lunch followed by another hour for coffee/tea and durian cheesecake at Lachi's. We'll make another post about Lachi's.
